Josephine's Menagerie
Freedom

You meet someone and right away you feel a special tingle. You click and you rush to define it.

That’s when it begins to go wrong.

Once you put a label on Feelings, those feelings become a cage. A cage whose bars are reinforced by jealousy and fear and locked with expectations and obligations. Chained with disappointment and broken promises.

No more. No more labels, definitions or categories. No more cages.

I love

I hate.

Simply.

It is a feeling. Gut reaction. Instinct requires no words, yet we struggle to attach meaning. Titles. Labels. To rationalize instinct because we’re “evolved.”
